Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy:

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your purchase to receive store credit or exchange your item.

All returned items must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required for eligibility for store credit or exchange.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend insuring and tracking your item upon return. House of Beam Design Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact us at houseofbeamdesignstudio@gmail.com, subject line: Store credit or Exchange, along with your order number to start your return.  All shipping charges are non-refundable on exchanged or store credit items.  

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to mailing out to recipient. In the event that you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of receiving with photos of damaged item and packaging. Since most items are only purchased in one's or two's we will do our best to send a replacement; however, store credit may have to be issued. 

House of Beam Design Studio does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
